What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order means you are reserving an item before it is produced or officially released. This guarantees you will receive the product once it becomes available.
Payment
• Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.
• Pre-orders are treated the same as regular purchases (all sales are final).
Shipping Timeline
• Estimated shipping dates will be listed on each pre-order product page.
• Please note: shipping dates are estimates only. Production or shipping delays may occur.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Cancellations & Refunds
• Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
• Because all sales are final, refunds will not be issued on pre-orders.
Combining Pre-Orders & In Stock Items
• If your cart includes both pre order and in stock items, your order may be held and shipped together once the pre order item is ready.
• To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for preorder and in stock items.
