1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! WeirdKidApparel™ ships to customers all around the world. We currently ship to:
• Canada
• United Kingdom
• Europe
• Australia & New Zealand
• Africa
• Asia
• Middle East
Wherever the Weird Kids are, we ship there.
2. How long will my puffer jacket preorder take to arrive?
Puffer preorders move through three stages:
Stage 1 — Production (Supplier):
Our supplier takes about 4 weeks to produce the puffer jackets.
This timeline begins after the preorder closing date and the final bulk order is placed.
Stage 2 — Shipping to WeirdKidApparel HQ:
When production is finished, your jackets ship to us.
This takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the carrier and customs clearance.
Stage 3 — Shipping to You:
After we quality-check and package your jacket, it ships to your address:
• USA: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• UK / Europe: 7–14 business days
• Australia / New Zealand: 10–18 business days
• Africa / Asia / Middle East: 12–20 business days
👉 Total Estimated Time for Puffer Preorders:
6–8 weeks from the date you place your order.
3. Why do preorder items take longer?
Preorder items are made in small, premium batches not mass produced.
This lets us keep quality high, avoid overproduction, and deliver exclusive pieces to true day one supporters.
Preorders = patience + premium craftsmanship.
4. How much is international shipping?
Shipping varies by region and package weight. Puffer jackets use premium rates due to size and insurance.
Approximate international rates:
• 🇨🇦 Canada: ~$34.99
• 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: ~$39.99–$44.99
• 🇪🇺 Europe: ~$39.99–$44.99
• 🇦🇺 Australia & New Zealand: ~$44.99
• 🌍 Africa, Asia, Middle East: ~$49.99–$54.99

5. Will I have to pay customs, VAT, or import fees?
Possibly. Customs fees are set by your country, not us. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices. If your country applies customs or VAT at the border, that is the customer’s responsibility.
6. Do international orders come with tracking?
Yes! Every international order includes tracking.
All puffer jackets ship with:
• Full tracking
• Protective packaging
• Insurance
You’ll receive your tracking link via email once your order ships.
7. My order says it’s stuck in customs. What should I do?
This can happen with international shipments don’t panic.
• Check if customs requires a payment or additional info.
• If it’s been more than 15 business days stuck on the same update, email us and we’ll help investigate.
8. What if my order includes a puffer jacket AND other items?
If your order contains a puffer preorder, the entire order may ship together once the puffer is ready.
If we decide to split shipments, we’ll notify you by email but by default, preorder items delay the full order.
9. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. Email us immediately with:
• Your order number
• Your full name
• Your updated address
If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the destination.
10. What happens if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
If your order is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier.
If your item is damaged, email us photos of the packaging and product so we can review next steps.
Puffers are insured, so you’re protected.
11. Does the site support my language and currency?
Yes! WeirdKidApparel™ supports multiple currencies and automatic region detection, so you’ll see pricing in your local currency (USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, etc.).
Language:
Our website currently displays in English, but we are working on bringing more languages soon for our global family.
If you ever need help in another language, message us we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
